Background: Pregnancy is a vulnerable period for experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, with some even experiencing their first episode of depression during pregnancy. Therefore, anxiety in pregnant women needs to be considered a priority by midwifery service providers in order to improve pregnancy outcomes. Various non-pharmacological therapies are believed to alleviate anxiety in pregnant women, including hypnosis therapy. Hypnosis therapy, employing various methods, is administered to pregnant women to reduce anxiety. Self-hypnopregnancy is a therapy involving music, images, and visualization techniques aimed at dispelling irrational thoughts, promoting relaxation of the mind, making it easier for pregnant women to accept positive suggestions and affirmations, thereby reducing anxiety in pregnant women. Objective: To determine the influence of Self-Hypnopregnancy on the anxiety levels of pregnant women. Method: This study is a quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental Design, utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest design with comparison treatments. The sample consisted of 30 primigravida pregnant women in the second and third trimesters experiencing anxiety. Sampling was done using purposive sampling. Results: The Influence of Self-Hypnopregnancy on Anxiety Levels in Pregnant Women in the Second and Third Trimesters revealed the results of the statistical test using the Wilcoxon test, showing a P-Value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05), indicating a significant difference in anxiety levels before and after applying the Self-Hypnopregnancy technique. Thus, there is an influence between before and after implementing the Self-Hypnopregnancy technique on the anxiety levels of pregnant women.
